Thoughts on the latest grinder by malkhong e64 gbw for home
I wouldnt say its the Buddy but it isnt made by Mahlkönig in Germany it is made by HeyCafe in China just like X54 and X64 SD

Need help choosing Grinder [$700]
I know you said 700 dollars...but...check out the Femobrook A68. It's 100 bucks more, but it's a grinder that will produce very very tasty espresso and solidly good filter too. Also, avoid the Mahlkoenig X64 SD, watch some of the reviews about it. It was a swing and a miss by Mahlkoenig.

I can't comment on the others (other than that I'd consider the reviews of the X64 SD to be much worse than "meh"), but I can say that I love my 064s (and also my 078s). I've never had problems with burrs stuck in the hopper, popcorning or clogging with either grinder. My only concern about Timemore

Mahlkönig E64 WS news here...
Option O was made in China from the start and they built their reputation on these Chinese made high quality feeling grinders from the start, they are a good example. There are some reports that the quality isnt really 100% but mostly very good and while $1800 is a lot for what it is its still a lot

New Grinder Week!
Thinking of getting one myself. I currently have a Mahlkonig x64 SD which is great in some aspects. Retention is a a little bit of a pain especially with dark beans. Hoping the E64 retains less.
