Check out the Mahlkönig x64 SD, Eureka SD, Zero (stepless, flat burr). For your use, I would personally go with a stepped grinder capable of single dosing, which the ESP does well. It will definitely up your coffee game even if it doesn’t look the part! Stepless are kinda finnicky when switching bet

Mazzer Philos or something else for dual espresso/filter [sub $2000 USD]
The Philos definitely falls into the category of "BIFL" much more than a lot of other grinders like Sculptor, DF83/64, and some others. IMO, most GBW grinders are not great for the home, most have pretty high retention and if you're only making 2-4 cups a day, I'm not sure that retention is worth th
