Need grinder advice!
Honestly I wouldn't even spend that much. for $500 the new Mahlkonig x64 sd is an amazing grinder for espresso and pour over. Also a profile similar to what you speak of. I think you would prefer that above the z1 for taste and work flow.

Looking for a grinder upgrade [600 eur]
i like the new mahlkonig x64 SD its in €500 range, 64mm replaceable burrs. Hopper or with bellows. I would buy that today. but there are like 10 other fantastic options. heck even df64 is still great and cheap.

Niche Zero or Alternative?
