Option O was made in China from the start and they built their reputation on these Chinese made high quality feeling grinders from the start, they are a good example. There are some reports that the quality isnt really 100% but mostly very good and while $1800 is a lot for what it is its still a lot

Delonghi EC 890 vs Hibrew H10 Plus
This is in my wishlist. They made Mahlkonig's x64 sd pretty useless, although it has better stock burrs.

My Experience Buying a Niche Zero
I was between the Niche, Mahlkonig, and one of the Eureka models like the Specialita but I wasn’t a fan of the Specialita hopper so ended up not getting it. I really wanted the Mahlkonig X64 SD to be different than the community but didn’t like the reviews I was reading on the random noises. Overall
