Warning: My ThinkPad P14s Gen 6 from PCOnline US arrived with replaced RAM and SSD
I'd be fine with the RAM assuming it's the same speed as what Lenovo would have shipped it with, but the SSD...first of all, you got a PCIe 3.0 SSD instead of a 4.0 one. Lenovo does only claim 3000 MB/s for the original 512GB SSD, which is less than what Lexar claims for the NM620, but here's what I

Just making sure everything is compatible for my first pc
Everything looks compatible to me, no major issues. That 7600x with 9060 XT will handle 1440p nicely, my friend runs similar setup and gets good frames in most games. SSD problem
This looks pretty normal. https://www.techpowerup.com/ssd-specs/lexar-nm620-256-gb.d586 It has a specified endurance of 125 TBW. You have already written 4x this. If you want better endurance you should by Enterprise ssds.

Geekom A5 mini SSD failed after 2 years - Lexar NM620
The Lexar NM620 in my Geekom A5 also failed. Fortunately, it would work again after being powered off for a while, so I used Clonezilla to copy its contents to another SSD before it could fail completely.
