Worth it ? ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 2 | 4K OLED | 40GB RAM | 1TB SSD | Workstation

I mean I have cheaper laptops from 20yrs ago that still work. For $600 I would not buy a X1 Extreme Gen 2 (which is basically the same as my P1 Gen 2). Not only is this wrong the laptop i have now ive had for 6 years because a beautiful trans woman picked it out for me

I'm a techy person so I actually spend time figuring out which is the best I can get for my money. How I came to have a ThinkPad P1 gen 2. Sure, the battery needs replacing, but this was one of my responsible purchases.

Is lpcamm2 gonna survive if crucial stops exsisting?

yes of course .. Lenovo doesn't start designing entirely new motherboards etc without a commitment to the product and price for the long haul. I just paid LESS for my P1 Gen 8 than I did for my P1 Gen 2 8 yrs ago.
