Advice please!
I think you don't want to risk your money on buying something cheap from a cheap Chinese manufacturer that wouldn't give you any real warranties or replacement parts when the thing gets defective due to poor quality or even overheating. I had my experience ending up with €600 e-waste after my chines

Occasionally you can catch an Lenovo 8700GE ThinkCentre M75q Gen 5 Tiny on special @ a deep discount, a mPC in which one will find years of available parts, support & upgrades.
