It's official, Layla is garbage

I bought the Layla original memory foam two sided mattress over 6 years ago. It has been the best mattress I've ever had by far, including some that were many times the cost. No issues with sag, just a wonderful night's sleep every night.

This year, the soft side also feels hard. The hip and shoulder pressure is uncomfortable. It is still soft and cushy when pressing on it but
