I feel you, i prefer VA contrast any day, but apart from the Neo G7/8 models from Samsung every one has black smearing to a degree. Picture = IPS Mini LED - VA Mini LED Black smearing CAN look like this for example: https://youtu.be/EbgcZDFTNgQ look at the trees or: https://youtu.be/CPrISTFtg9s?t=12

Hi ! Sticking myself into the comments because i actually recently purchased the M27T6 to compare it to my current AOC Q27G3XMN. In short, I am returning the KTC. It was a shame, because i do think the M27T6 is a well-designed monitor with an aesthetic that greatly matches my setup and has a nice se

They definitely don't get blurry the main issue they have is Dark Smearing, VA panels have slow transitions speeds with dark colors, however, modern fast VA panels have so little dark smearing you really wouldn't notice it. Your best bet if you're used to OLED is going to be a VA based Mini-LED. Bes

brothers, I have tested both the koorui S2721PM and KTC M27T6. if you are using your monitor only for gaming then koorui will come out superior in every aspect. The only downside is the IPS glow when local dimming is off. There’s some blooming but it’s not noticeable when viewed from front. Other th

Ok, so I bought the AOC Q27G40XMN and the KTC M27T6 to compare. I had 15 days to try them both and return one. I really wanted to like the ktc because hdr looked better than the Aoc. The brights were really nice, and the blacks had 0 light. It seriously looks like the monitor is off when there is a

If you don't use hdr definitely go with the ktc. I have ktc m27t6s (ips china exclusive version) and apart from the fact that I wanted va for better hdr but the seller replaced it with ips which I am not happy about but it's alright and the fact that matte coating is very grainy everything else is p

Black smearing I haven't used it enough to give a fair take, but other downsides I noticed : this https://www.reddit.com/r/Monitors/comments/1pmizqp/ktc_m27t6_screen_feels_curved/ viewing angles are bad mine would sometimes glitch out on PC wake, forcing me to soft reset it by for example turning VRR of

With an RTX 3080 Ti, 4K can be pretty demanding, so I’d recommend sticking with WQHD instead. If your budget is up to around $500, I’d suggest getting a WQHD OLED or mini-LED monitor. For OLED, as long as it comes with a 3-year burn-in warranty, there usually isn’t a huge difference beyond whether i

I tested all the AOC mini leds they have on offer. If you can get it, get the AOC Q27G4ZMN. Here's my rankings for all 3 of their mini leds: Q27G4ZMN > Q27G3XMN > Q27G40XMN One thing that became apparent is that you must keep adaptive sync off across all 3 models. If you turn Adaptive Sync on, you w

Thats true, even going from 1152 to 2304 doesnt really make them thaaat much smaller in comparison, but hey a upgrade is a upgrade. We were talking about the KTC M27T6 there so that is a picture of its blooming in a rather difficult scene. For <300 it offers quite the performance.
