Pc for Overwatch
This is a cheap 300hz monitor, image quality is not great, but it should be legitimately fast: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSizmKTWLr8 This GPU should do around 300 fps at 1440p low settings. Or 1440p medium with FSR 4. I think 32GB RAM RAM is overkill, but OW has memory leak issue sometimes. PC

Hello, I bought a new ASUS ROG Strix XG27WCMS and it has a lot of backlight bleed only visible in dark scenes, should I return it or is it just the way curved VA panels are? Thanks
Older ASUS panels had really bad bleeding. Bleeding shouldn't really be normalized in 2026, since there're $200 monitors out there without it. There're IPS panels like the KTC H27E6. Or the new ASUS VG27AQL5A. That has pretty much 0 bleeding. For example my own KTC H27E6 blacks look like this, and i

Is this ktc monitor legit? Or too good to be true?
i doubt you can find a cheaper monitor that's better, OP is rating it based on dynamic overdrive Asus ELMB monitors have lower contrast but is great for competitive gaming. the color performance is greats for 200 euros and pretty much the best budget ips panel to-date by far https://www.displayninja

Would this be a good monitor to get?
https://chimolog.co/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/ktc-h27e6-hzod.jpg You get 2.94 with only 6% overshoot at 320hz middle OD so it's pretty good. It's not like you have a lot of 1600:1 contrast ratio and 300hz+ monitor for under $200 to compare, or even $300 to compare. https://chimolog.co/wp-content/up

Is this normal in VA LED Monitors?
There're few newer models for arround $200-300 without bleeding. Panels got pretty bright last couple of years, so they can use really thick diffusers and the bleeding got reduced a lot. If you get the same panel it will probably have almost same bleeding (maybe more), but there're cheap LCD models

Is this 1440p Amazon deal worth it
It's pretty decent. It has really good response times, sadly, the blacks are bad and contrast is pretty low, even for an IPS, but that's common in most ASUS. I was about getting one but ended up with the KTC H27E6. It has way more contrast and way better blacks. Yeah, the response times are a little
