TL;DR, removing DRAM makes SSDs cheaper and support for HMB eliminates 99% of the downsides of being DRAMless. Pretty much all DRAMless NVMe drives support HMB, the only exception has been out of production for 4+ years. The long: the NVMe 1.2 spec (published around 2015 with drives following 1-2 ye

The Spatium M461 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. A better drive with TLC flash would be the Inland Performance Plus (with DRAM cache) for the same price, Klevv CRAS C910, or TeamGroup G50.

The P310 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Kioxia Exceria Plus G3, WD Blue SN5000, TeamGroup MP44L/G50, Patriot P400 Lite, or Klevv CRAS C910. The 9600 would use less power than the 7600.
