Mini or small pc for modded games?
I like all this other than the wd green. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/99RwrH/klevv-cras-c910-1-tb-m2-2280-pcie-40-x4-nvme-solid-state-drive-k01tbm2sp0-c91 Spend $10 more and get something decent with tlc. Or spend the same money and get the lexar nq780, which is still a qlc drive but it's faster

White/Pink PC Build: 1.2-1.6k USD
The Spatium M461 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. A better drive with TLC flash would be the Inland Performance Plus (with DRAM cache) for the same price, Klevv CRAS C910, or TeamGroup G50.

First time Gaming PC Builder ($2k-$2.5k)
Tl;dr: I'd buy one of these two: White build - $2,277: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PJyt8Z Black build - $2,053: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NMFbh9 You build is waaaaay better than OP's, but still not perfect imo: A 240mm AiO might be fine cooling-wise but it will look really bad in a 360mm space

1st Build. Pure Price to Performance Goal. $1500.
This is pure price-performance. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Tqy6b2 9600X. At 1440p and above, you won’t need a more powerful CPU. Even then, an X3D is a better pick. Cheaper, similar performance cooler (ID-COOLING FROZN A620 PRO SE) Cheaper board (MSI PRO B650-S) Slightly cheaper memory (Patriot V

Best pc build for 2000$
I don't know what prices are like in your market, but for a gaming focused build, I would aim for the following specs: Ryzen 7 9800X3D or Ryzen 7 7800X3D Dual tower air cooler such as Thermalright Peerless Assassin, Phantom Spirit, ID-COOLING A620 Pro, Jonsbo CR-3000, Cooler Master Hyper 620S, etc.

Best PC for 1k-1.5k
I'd avoid the MSI M461. It has a low endurance rating of 450 TBW for the 2 TB model, but the industry standard is 600 TBW per TB of capacity. That likely means that it uses QLC flash, so it'll slow down around 50% capacity. Around the $100 mark, I'd go for either the KingSpec XF, Klevv C910, or the

PC to play single-player games
5600 would be back on am4, so a different motherboard and ddr4 ram instead of ddr5. For games a 9600x or 7600 would be pretty close, maybe a 10% gap so if there was a much better deal on a 7600 it would be fine. A b550 would be one of those am4 boards, would be compatible with a 5600 but I'd probabl

looking to build a $2000 pc
The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Timetec 35TTFP6PCIE, Patriot P400 Lite, Klevv CRAS C910, or Biwin Black Opal NV7400.
