Which one should i go for?
The Kioxia Exceria Plus G3 is better than all of these and goes for about 5500 on Amazon. Has faster write speeds, is based on the TLC architecture and has better TBW rating.

Is this pc good for a first build and is there anything i could improve
The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Patriot P400 Lite or Kioxia Exceria Plus G3/Plus G4.
