First espresso setup: grinder first or machine like the Bambino? [~300$]
If you have that tight a budget, get a De'Longhi Stilosa or ECP and a hand grinder like a Kingrinder K2 or Timemore C3 ESP Pro. You lose a bit of the convenience of the Bambino + electric grinder, but for around $200 (plus some accessories) you can make some amazing coffee.

Coffee Grinder $100 or less [$100]
K6 has external adjustment dial with a mechanical flag that tells you how many rotations have been made. Cool and unique to the Kingrinder line. 16 microns per click and 35g capacity. 7 Star heptagon burr. Brings out acidity - Berry - fruit notes better but still good chocolate notes. More versatile

No pressure in shots
My K6 grinds in 40 seconds or so. It's not my first choice from Kingrinder for espresso though. The K4 is probably the best if you can find it and then the K2. Both are significantly better than the K6 for espresso. The K6 is a grinder designed for pour overs that can do espresso. I find it finicky.

Ajuda

Grinder Recommendation (For a young mom with a Breville Bambino) [$250 approx]
Pretty much 5-8 options. Since budget grinders are a balancing of downsides, guess a downside only list: Kingrinder K2 or K6 - manual, K6 produces more fines J ultra - manual, non replaceable burrs 1Zpresso - manual, far more expensive than comparable manual grinders DF54 - Quality control issues (o

Looking to learn, but have questions.
Weighing the output is certainly something you can do. You’ll basically make the grind by time element mostly manually timed by starting and stopping the grinder yourself, then make the grind by weight element mostly manual by correcting the output weight post grinding. How about you make the motori

Eureka Specialita to Hand Grinders: Anyone made the switch?
I have a DF64 with SSP high uniform (HU) and sweet cast burrs. About 1000 espressos back I did a massive test on Kingrinder handgrinders and loved the coffee (and ease of use) of the K2 and never went back. The DF64 requires a ton of puck prep and even then it will channel often. The K2 never channe

What am I doing wrong? [Brevelle Bambino Plus/K2]
Kingrinder K2 and 40 clicks from zero. I’ll admit that the grinder is a little confusing so hopefully that made sense.

Hibrew elektromos őrlő tapasztalatok?
Köszönöm szépen a válaszod!
