Mechanical keyboard recs?

Keychron K10 is recommended here on Reddit's mechanical kb sub. Wired. Full size. Smoother typing than the Logitech slop

Mechanical keyboard recs?

Using a Keychron K10 Max with Banana switches for home office. Great typing experience and works fine on both Windows and Mac. Might be a little on the louder side but I really like Banana and Brown switches (maybe Mint is good too).

Personally I would go with either the DP104, Q6 Ultra or ND104. I don't have much use for HE/TMR, but if I would use it I'd probably go with Keychrons Q6 HE. Reason being that they supposedly have decent software support and iirc the firmware is ZMK-based and thus should be open source. It also has

Advice Buying a Full-Size or TKL Hot-Swap Keyboard

Hm... well, I have a K10 Pro which is tray mounted with metal plate. It is quite stiff and unforgiving compared to gasket mounted boards. Can't remember the sound - I have Silent Peach V2s in it. My V6 Max is very flexible. It also sounds the deepest / thockiest with non-silent swictches. On that li

Yet Another Office Post...

My recommendation if you don’t want to build one is to get a Keychron K10 Pro, you can get it with silent red switches on Amazon for around $100 and it is very nice in my experience for working. It has a very similar noise level to membrane keyboards but it feels much better imo.

Keychron Banana Tactile after Modding

I just received my Keychron K10 V2 with the banana tactile switches. I think they sound "okay" and have a pretty good feel, but in comparison to my Monsgeek M2 V5 with the cilantro switches this K10 sounds a bit hollow. I haven't delved into it yet, but it probably has more to do with the overall co

Why all the hate for Keychron?

I purchased my K10 V2 a few weeks ago. I LOVE the keyboard and will keep using it for a long time (unless it decided otherwise) but it's my first and last time buying from Keychron and let me explain you why: - I received the keyboard with a bricked BT unit. I tried to flash it and debug it for 2 da

Keyboard for work and casual gaming

Well... Keychron has many 100% and 96% (1800?) boards but their quality is not all that great with the Max models. If you buy Keychron, buy it from Amazon / local seller, not directly from Keychron because their warranty policy is lacking. V5/6 Max might work (gasket mount), or K10 Max (tray mount),
