consoom old keyboard get excited for next old keyboard

If you want a solid full-sized keyboard with hall-effect magnetic switches (actual game changer if you play FPS) get Keychron K10 HE. Goes for an imo fair $130. Same with K2, K4, K8 etc. The keeb game has changed a lot in the last decade, and there are now plenty of plug&play Chinese boards that are

Full size home office keyboard (Keychron vs Epomaker)

I would personally recommend the Keychron K10 because while the construction is less premium it's quite solid, and the K series doesn't seem to have the problem with switches working loose over time that the gasket mounted boards are susceptible to. I would avoid Epomaker, it is a problematic compan

Sound, for those who don't know

it's not an inexpensive option, but there are keyboards with magnetic switches that effectively make all of your keys pressure sensitive and can then turn WASD into a joystick input. i bought a keychron k10 which does this, and it's a fantastic keyboard.

Good wireless gaming keyboard?

kinda tricky but doable. look at the Keychron K10 Pro with red switches - it's hot-swap so you can add silent switches later. Royal Kludge RK100 has a numpad and runs $90. for silent out of box, the Logitech MX Mechanical with linear switches is quiet and has great battery life. avoid anything with

Ok, leaning towards the Keychron K10 QMK V2. The switch options seem like just a vanilla "red", does that mean it's inferior to a Cherry Red? Since their MX2A Silent Reds seem out of stock at the moment, I'm leaning towards just buying the vanilla red and see how it is in person.

Completed my setup

I love my Keychron K10. It’s not designed specifically for gaming but it has insanely low latency and Hall effect keys. Every.single.key. What’s that small monitor underneath? That’s not a Xaneon edge is it?

Anyone have opinions on the Keychron K10 HE Wireless? I need a new keyboard and would love some recs. I'm looking for something tactile, quiet, and with a numpad, and this seems to fit the bill. I also like the way it looks I've never used magnetic switches OR wireless keyboards, and while I don't g
