Robot Vacuum
My Roomba J7+ is fine after 3 years... though you will need to manually remove all the hair stuck on the brushes like once per week, but I don't mind doing it...If you are willing to pay this much, the newer model has a mop integrated as well. Honestly, when I have it on schedule, it keeps the house

Run Time Test -- Flow 2 Vs. Flow 1
I do have an old Roomba j7+ on another floor that’s limping along. Maybe I’ll get the Flow 2 and run it on the problematic floor and replace the Roomba with the Flow 1 🤔

Roborock's no longer my go-to brand.
5 years? Wow! I understand you’re annoyed about parts being no longer available but my Roomba J7+ broke down after 1,5 years and my Neato D4 broke down after two years.

What’s the one thing you started doing in the last few years that quietly made your life 10× better, but nobody talks about?
I don’t feel super comfortable making a specific product recommendation; I think it’s too dependent on individual needs. What I will say: I had a Roomba Combo j7+ for a few years. The mop was terrible and very high-maintenance, so I only had it vacuum most of the time. I upgraded to a Dreame L50 Ult

Robot vacuums genuinely useful or just a toy you paid too much for?
This thread is populated with people that haven't used a good robot vacuum or a modern one. My Roomba J7+ runs 7 days a week. It almost never gets stuck. I have mostly hard floors (almost zero carpet) and it keeps them stupidly clean. Even my air filter for my AC unit is FAR cleaner than any place I

Please say I don’t have to buy a new one.
Best part of iRobot is most of their components are replaceable and reasonably priced. I'm not positive this will fit your robot but they have these modules for most of their current line. https://www.irobot.com/en_US/roomba-cleaning-head-module-for-roomba-i3-and-j7-series/4706166.html I once had an

Well, it finally happened in my house to my sweet little Robo vacuum🤢
I think I have done this twice or three times. I think it was nesto d7 and roomba j7+ that had one year guarantee it won't run into petshit, or something like that. Wasn't this bad tho, and one time was old dried out shit. I don't run my vacuums on schedule anymore, always quick visual inspection wi

I GOT A ROOMBA J7+ !!
Not weird at all! I wanted a Roomba for Christmas as a kid as they were just so cool. Adult now and also have the J7. Enjoy it! You’ll probably be trying to keep it all clean and scratch free for a very long time like I did, but in the end I had to accept that it’s going to. Still love my Roomba eve

Wife says it's time, what's the best robot vacuum?
I have had several Roomba vacuums, and currently have a J7+ on main floor and an i4 in the basement. They really aren't great. Our J7 has been replaced by Roomba 2-3 times, which is great from a customer service aspect, but not great because it has needed to be replaced multiple times. In addition t

Roborock Saros 10 (Amazon Canada) Finally Arrived!
This is my first time joining the Roborock family! I previously had a Roomba J7+ (vacuum only), so the Saros 10 is like a next-generation leap to me. I'm incredibly impressed! If anyone has any questions, I'd be happy to answer them as I continue to learn to use this thing over the weekend, but if y
