What robotic vacuum works best for both carpet and hardwood? No budget restrictions.

I've had several Roombas, bought higher and higher models, and I wasn't crazy about them. After a year or so, my Roomba J7+ would take 6-7 hours to clean an area of about 800sqft. Switched to Roborock, much happier. Quieter and fewer issues. Does a good job sweeping and mopping. Finishes sweeping in

iRobot going out of business? Which is another alternative ?

I just went with roborock coming from owning Roomba J7+ units and have been happy. Even if iRobot somehow escapes bankruptcy it just seems they are behind the competition.

Robot Vacuum

My Roomba J7+ is fine after 3 years... though you will need to manually remove all the hair stuck on the brushes like once per week, but I don't mind doing it...If you are willing to pay this much, the newer model has a mop integrated as well. Honestly, when I have it on schedule, it keeps the house

Run Time Test -- Flow 2 Vs. Flow 1

I do have an old Roomba j7+ on another floor that’s limping along. Maybe I’ll get the Flow 2 and run it on the problematic floor and replace the Roomba with the Flow 1 🤔

Robot vacuum going up stairs

I picked up a MOVA p50 Pro Ultra and a pair of p10 pro ultra from a return auction all for under $500 and replaced my fleet of Roomba j7+ and Braava Jet M6s. The navigation, features, and quality of the cleaning are all better in ways I didn't think were even important to me given I was generally sa

Which Roomba for HA?

If you have a Roomba and want a way to control it if the company and their app fold Id make sure you play with the Dorita980 project on github while IRobots servers are still up. I got it working to the point I can trigger vacuuming of specific rooms by node script but to do this I needed IRobot clo

Is it worth upgrading to 750 max from S9+?

Just be aware that Roomba Max 705 is not the legacy Roomba you loved. It's a combination of Chinese developed robot and some iRobot techs like dual rubber brushes. But the uniqueness of Roomba such as the repair-ability has been gone. Other than that, I think Max 705 is great. Upgraded from j7

Siberian sisters

So that’s why I woke up one morning with a bunch of tea light candles and salt on the floor… 😅 For my cleaning routine I have a Roomba j7+ that’s scheduled to run daily and a Dyson v12 that I use 2-3 times a week for all the corners and under furniture the Roomba didn’t get.

Why is buying a robot vacuum worse than choosing a mattress?

I don't know but I'm trying to replace a very weary Roomba J7+ in expectation of them dying soon and literally just kill me lmfao One thing if each brand had proper tiers but no they just have 600 random models that are THE SAME THING AAHHHHHHHHHHH Tomorrow I will probably flip a coin and buy the L5

Roomba. First robot, last robot. Never again this crappy thing.

I just switched from having 3 Roomba J7+ units (one each floor) and a iRobot Braava M6 mop to 1 Roborock Edge, 1 Roborock QV35A and a Roborock Curv X and it’s been a night and day difference in cleaning. Plus they have matter support and integrate into my Apple Home app. Before buying the Roborock I
