What robotic vacuum works best for both carpet and hardwood? No budget restrictions.
I've had several Roombas, bought higher and higher models, and I wasn't crazy about them. After a year or so, my Roomba J7+ would take 6-7 hours to clean an area of about 800sqft. Switched to Roborock, much happier. Quieter and fewer issues. Does a good job sweeping and mopping. Finishes sweeping in

Robot Vacuum
My Roomba J7+ is fine after 3 years... though you will need to manually remove all the hair stuck on the brushes like once per week, but I don't mind doing it...If you are willing to pay this much, the newer model has a mop integrated as well. Honestly, when I have it on schedule, it keeps the house

Run Time Test -- Flow 2 Vs. Flow 1
I do have an old Roomba j7+ on another floor that’s limping along. Maybe I’ll get the Flow 2 and run it on the problematic floor and replace the Roomba with the Flow 1 🤔

Siberian sisters
So that’s why I woke up one morning with a bunch of tea light candles and salt on the floor… 😅 For my cleaning routine I have a Roomba j7+ that’s scheduled to run daily and a Dyson v12 that I use 2-3 times a week for all the corners and under furniture the Roomba didn’t get.

Have you ever found these lying around?
I have a roomba which solved the issue. J7+ refurbished from Amazon for less than $200 dollars has stopped me from needing to swifter and manually vacuum daily.

What’s the one thing you started doing in the last few years that quietly made your life 10× better, but nobody talks about?
I don’t feel super comfortable making a specific product recommendation; I think it’s too dependent on individual needs. What I will say: I had a Roomba Combo j7+ for a few years. The mop was terrible and very high-maintenance, so I only had it vacuum most of the time. I upgraded to a Dreame L50 Ult

Same Price: CurvX vs Saros 10
This is my second day with the CurvX coming from using a Roomba J7+ for vacuuming and a Braava M6 for mopping and even just two days in it’s blown my mind wi the how well it cleaned. Plus it also adds into my Apple Home app so that’s nice too.

Robot vacuums genuinely useful or just a toy you paid too much for?
This thread is populated with people that haven't used a good robot vacuum or a modern one. My Roomba J7+ runs 7 days a week. It almost never gets stuck. I have mostly hard floors (almost zero carpet) and it keeps them stupidly clean. Even my air filter for my AC unit is FAR cleaner than any place I

Quick question, do u guys life in your households? Cause my roomba gets caught on everything
The 690 is like the bare bones with very old tech. When iRobot switched to the rubber beater bars that really helped with getting tangled in wires and the cleaning/tracking was much more efficient. The j series brought object detection which means it usually will go around said object. The newest se

Parents of toddlers: what's your realistic floor-cleaning workflow?
We start with containing the mess as much as possible- only eating at the table, and wiping up sticky/globby messes immediately with Clorox or baby wipes which are always on hand. I run the mop and vacuum robot twice a day. Once in between lunch and dinner and once after bed. I find that while the r
