I’ve been running A770M since NUC12SNKi72 Serpent Canyon came out. The last and most powerful Intel gaming NUC. Still holding the fort and plays games like crazy.

This is no mystery. It is a similar feature to AMDs SAM meaning that CPU and GPU work together and work better if same vendor aka intel+intel, amd+amd. NUC12SNKi7 for example uses Deep Link that enhances performance based on the power draw and memory speed.

If the memory is not on the QVL/Certified list, that's usually a strong suspect. My first Serpent Canyon came preconfigured from the VAR, they used quality name brand RAM but it was not on Intel's Lab Certified List. It constantly froze up. Swapped out the RAM for exactly what was on the CL, bingo -

I don't know. I have a PC with a b580 and that works fine but that uses the xe driver by default. I also have an Intel NUC 12 serpent canyon with an A770m and this one works better with the xe driver in my experience.

Yes I restarted and got the keyboard language selection screen, then the how do you want to fix your problem screen.. I have 2 pc's, this Ryzen 7845hx and an Intel serpent canyon which has no problems after doing exactly the same updates.
