Just buy ikea stuff I have a markus chair, finally a chair that is properly supporting my back

I've found that the chair is the most important thing, and not the pillows, I use an Ikea Markus. The thing is that the chair needs to have a proper lumbar support, so most of the tension will go on the lumbar area and not on the pelvic area. An electric heating pad on the sitting area also helps.

i recommend getting bastboll ikea gaming chair. or markus office chair for that matter. i myself been using markus for about 3 years plus now. so far so good. very good for my back. but ymmv

ngl i had the same mess with a racing style gaming chair. my neck was wrecked after 2 hours. those bucket seats push your shoulders forward and the lumbar pillow rarely hits right. what helped me was switching to an ergonomic office chair instead of another 'gaming' one. look at the IKEA Markus if y
