Help me choose a desk chair
I woiuld advise against an Ikea desk chair. I've had the 1st and 3rd one. The Markus (1st) is decent, but very one size fits all and I didn't use it for long enough to see how it holds up after a year. The 3rd one was really great at first, but wore out very quickly and ended up making my body feel

My productivity setup
Looks clean! Please get a better chair tho. Going from the IKEA Markus to a Herman Miller was life changing and worth every penny.

Do you adjust the Lumbar support from time to time or just set it up once?
I'm 185 cm tall and weigh 110 kg. I switched from Ikea Markus. The big problem for me is, the lumbar protrudes much more strongly, the more I recline in the chair. So if I sit upright, I have to protrude it 1/3rd of the way up to not sit like a shrimp. But when I want to recline, it suddenly pierces

What is the best office chair for wfh?
Don't go for one that looks super padded that you can sink into. In my experience, the padding doesn't last and then they become very uncomfortable. I have an operator chair that cost over 200 quid and while it doesn't look the comfiest, it still feels as firm as it did a few years ago and it forces

Anyone can recommend a comfortable chair for a +80kg dude?
At this point can get the Ikea Markus chair la if it's available near you. Can try first also. I personally don't like it (I am short and I don't like headrests) but a lot of people like it. Slightly over your budget though

Wide, soft chair — great for shorter sits, not an all-day work chair
Well I have this chair(pic below). It's soft and comfy and I can work on it all day. You can recline it or fix it in any posisition. I had Ikea markus before and hated it.

Seriously will someone suggest a brand that doesn't suck
I have owned a fabric secret lab titan xl for about 5 years now. I sit in it quite a bit and this thing looks close to new still. I do treat it well, give it the occasional vacuum to rid it off any dust or whatever. My previous chair was an ikea Markus and that thing was murder on my lower back. I'm

For the people with office jobs, how to prevent pain in your lower back?
Get a herman miller, seriously my previous chair was an ikea markus, i always felt sore after sitting on it for some time, what s worse - dat was the time i started weight lifting and i felt some play inside my lower spine when loaded with weights during deadlifts or squats. HM aeron was a spine sav

Hi i wanna buy a ergonomic office chair for 16 hour gaming
Protoarc is a good default, as is the staples Hyken. If you want a wildcard pick that is going to be either the best or worst chair you sit in, then you should try out the ikea Markus.
