Gamers are Toddlers
Gamer chairs have terrible ergonomics and the build quality is often ass. People only think they're good because they've only used something like a wooden kitchen chair or an Ikea Markus. Proper office chairs are far superior.

Help me choose a desk chair
I woiuld advise against an Ikea desk chair. I've had the 1st and 3rd one. The Markus (1st) is decent, but very one size fits all and I didn't use it for long enough to see how it holds up after a year. The 3rd one was really great at first, but wore out very quickly and ended up making my body feel

My productivity setup
Looks clean! Please get a better chair tho. Going from the IKEA Markus to a Herman Miller was life changing and worth every penny.

What is something that is incredibly expensive but is actually 100% worth every penny?
I sat in the ikea markus for 8 hours a day, so mneh. The shittiness of the markus is only really a durability and adjustability thing. The seat is going to fall apart after a few years and need reupholstering or replacing. Comfort I think will vary by body type. I tried other chairs in the hm store

Desk is too high and looking for solution.
Yeah that sucks. Desks like that really shouldn't be used for long work sessions. The only solution is to change the desk, so that it has the thickness of a normal desktop, like 3-4cm. Yes, the narrowness of this space is also really awkward. You need more space so you can move around, stand up, str

What is the best office chair for wfh?
Don't go for one that looks super padded that you can sink into. In my experience, the padding doesn't last and then they become very uncomfortable. I have an operator chair that cost over 200 quid and while it doesn't look the comfiest, it still feels as firm as it did a few years ago and it forces

Co worker refuses to use good chair
That chair is obviously trash and has been for a long time, but so is the IKEA Markus. Good office chairs with a wide base and sturdy arm rests are super hard to find, and just looking at that chair my body sings with delight of how comfortable that looks. That being said, it looks like your office

What’s something that cost over $1,000 but felt totally worth it after you bought it?
Is there a good model for tall people? My main issue with practically every chair and couch is that the back is always too low, so I can never rest my back properly, and even less often my neck/head. I now have an IKEA chair, the Markus model, but yea well, it's just a simple IKEA chair so not exact

Need some honest opinions on the Omni SE before dropping cash
while it may not be an exact match, i have the regular version and it is quite abit better than the ikea markus chair i have been rocking for years. i don't really use the massage feature but being able to adjust the lumbar is a really nice touch. and since i got it for an insane price, i can't real

Is this a good cockpit? (Moza R3+planning to buy seq gearshift and P-brake)
My chair is 22kg which makes it weight 48lb. Which is heavy as fuck but prevents it. My chair is the Ikea MARKUS btw.
