I just went through setting up a TS5 Plus for a HP ZBook Ultra G1a - the dock had issues out of the box as noted here but your thread was helpful in getting it connected to the system so I could do all the firmware updates (dock & PD) + Ethernet driver install. Even after doing all these updates on

Update: I ended up buying an HP ZBook Ultra G1a, 14" Touch OLED 120Hz, AMD Max Pro 395 16 Core, 64GB RAM, 1TB. HP were running a business promo cashback so I ended up paying just over £1900. 'Performance Per Watt' is Apple's marketing claim. It does that because it's all it's got.
