It’s the official licensed Xbox stick, made by 8bitdo. It’s similar to their Nintendo Switch version. HORI Fighting Stick Mini looks like your best bet for PS5. To make this PS5 compatible, I’d have to buy a “Brook Adapter” which is another $80. Not sure why everyone is going with different protocol

They're Hori Fight Stick Mini's. Don't let the size fool you, they're great budget sticks and super sturdy. You can get a PS4/5 version too. EDIT: Saying that, I've just spotted the PS5 one in the photo too haha!
