HiBrew H10A / H10 Plus — The only true spec-fit in your budget and requirements. Budan Espresso Machine — safer beginner, slightly less capable. Gaggia Classic Evo Pro - Bit expensive than your budget, but it fits all your requirements.

You got a good budget, go with Hibrew h10plus and df64 combo, you won't regret. Get a bottomless portafilter as well to look at the beauty of a perfect dialed shot.

Delonghi EC890 and Hibrew H10Plus has no comparison. You would much rather compare the Ec890 to the Hibrew h11 and if you want a machine with PID and non-pressurized baskets just choose the H10B, way cheaper option than the H10plus. The plus will make sense if you would like the 3 way solenoid valve

doesnt look like good quality. id rather buy a decent low end machine and a good grinder. i have an hibrew h10plus. around 10-15k. may cheaper options but the quality is good enough for starting out sa hobby. then splurge on a good hand grinder. kingrinder k2. good allrounder pwede pang espresso at

Double boiler isn’t possible at this price point. Rest Delonghi & Hibrew H10A/ H10 plus are decent options at this price point.

Hibrew h10 plus or Gaggia classic with mods. It will be better if you upgrade your grinder first as grinder is the most important part of espresso journey infact coffee journey and should spend more towards better grinder than machine.
