Get the Hibrew H10plus, its pretty good compared to the weak steam of the dedica. Delonghis are overpriced for what they are unless you buy used for that kind of money you ar appreaching gemilai G3006H bnew costs which are SOOOO much better than delongis OP, dont forget to budget most of your money

Hibrew H10 Plus (I’m guessing that’s what OP would consider with the budget mentioned) comes with a cheap thermoblock. Even though it has a PID, a PID with a cheap thermoblock won’t be able to maintain its temperature well - so a PID on the Hibrew H10+ won’t be as effective as a PID on a boiler mach

Grinder baratza encore esp, machine is tricky at this price point. You ideally would want to switch between steaming milk & pulling espresso simultaneously. But for that you need a heat exchanger machine or a dual broiler with machines starting at 1.5 lac as far as I know. Budan has one roughly 1 la

Hello! dedicas are worse imo, Ive opened one and modded the steam wand and its so shit inside. If i would be planning on buying something repairable id go gemilai since their parts are quite cheap and available everywhere. Dedica parts cost an arm and a leg, installation palang patay ka na HAHHA. Th

I only drink milks drinks myself and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my setup. My machine is a Hibrew H10plus and uses a thermoblock. The robot is so forgiving but the best thing I love about it is how simple and enjoyable the workflow is with minimal cleanup after. Plus is it makes amazing shots

Delonghi EC890 and Hibrew H10Plus has no comparison. You would much rather compare the Ec890 to the Hibrew h11 and if you want a machine with PID and non-pressurized baskets just choose the H10B, way cheaper option than the H10plus. The plus will make sense if you would like the 3 way solenoid valve

I have the Hibrew H10Plus which is a little step from the one you have and it has 3 pressure settings. I use the lowest and pull at around 5-6 bars and always comes out gooood.I can pull 2 shots then steam no problem (even though steaming takes longer than it should but I find that allowing espresso
