I started with a Hibrew H10B (their smaller 51mm model.) It was fine for espresso but the steaming power was just really lacking, probably because of the weak thermoblock. I own / have owned La Marzocco LM, Lelit Bianca, Ascaso and more.Hibrew H10B is my FAVOURITE and most used espresso machine despite being a fraction of the price. In my testing its thermal stability is identical, not worse, and 51mm filter size helps so much with extraction. And yes if you open thes
