Can't recommend a grinder, but on your budget, try the Hibrew H10B. They run around $150. I've had one for a while, and I'm really impressed by it. Makes great espresso. It's programmable, can set temp, volume of shots, etc. For that price, you can't go wrong.

Best ultra budget espresso machine would be the stilosa (Single Boiler), won't recommend the hibrew as I have heard from their group here in PH na pahirapan ang aftersales service, not to mention most of the machine that had issues from this group was the HiBrew H10B.

I used to think my delonghi super automatic machine made "excellent" espresso...that is until I got a semi-automatic hibrew h10B and a $75 conical burr grinder and discovered just how badly WRONG I WAS. I started with a Hibrew H10B (their smaller 51mm model.) It was fine for espresso but the steaming power was just really lacking, probably because of the weak thermoblock. From there I bought a used Delonghi Stilosa for $45 and it has been an absolute beast, that and the ECP are great starter machin
