If you buy a good grinder, any cheap espresso machine will do well enough to produce a good cup. Bought the HiBrew H10a + HiBrew G5 grinder for around 14k. Bought accessories separately for 2k, overall happy with my entry level setup at around 16k php.

Use the kingrinder k6 for my hibrew h10a, easy to dial in shots but does take a long time grinding, zero error is present but you just dont let the burrs touch while grinding i.e whatever your true zero is and it works well

Best in the budget. I watched a lot of Tom’s coffee on YT and found it the best in this segment. Hibrew H10A machine was another option but idk I felt it was a sport to use it. I didn’t go much deeper than this maybe with time I will upgrade. I also got timemore C2S grinder
