Spend a bit more (200E), and get the Hibrew h10A. It has a 58mm portafilter, and a steel lined thermoblock (water is not touching aluminum, basically). With good care, it's a great cheap little machine, that will last you a long time, and make great coffee.

50k just isn't enough for machine + grinder and the longevity you seek. Based on your requirements, the cheapest setup would be a Gaggia e24 and cipher 64 which would be 80k+. For 50k, you might be able to squeeze in delonghi dedica/ hibrew h10a with bartaza encore esp or df54 with a small stretch.

HiBrew H10A / H10 Plus — The only true spec-fit in your budget and requirements. Budan Espresso Machine — safer beginner, slightly less capable. Gaggia Classic Evo Pro - Bit expensive than your budget, but it fits all your requirements.

If you buy a good grinder, any cheap espresso machine will do well enough to produce a good cup. If you keep the (super)cheap grinder and buy a good espresso machine, you'll never get a good cup until you upgrade the grinder anyway. Hibrew H10A/A plus would be good to add if you know about it. I'm curious about it as it is more feature rich than these other machines but I don't know about the long term quality but I'd get it over another Breville right now if I wanted that.

If you are in the budget as mentioned of 50-60k Hibrew H10A + DF54 If you can stretch for a bit which will be more robust than H10A then a Gaggia classic Pro paired with DF54 Any machine you get will need maintenance and if you maintain it well follow proper cleaning schedules you can pretty clearly

Gemilai/Miicoffee/Turin Legato but in version 2, with better pre-infusion and adjustable opv. It’s about 500€ of the cheaper and smaller variety the Hibrew machines like the H10A Plus are reportedly good. But they do have plastic parts in the group.
