If you are going to go the Breville route, it’s probably safer to get a new Bambino (edit to add: the HiBrew H10A is also getting a lot of attn) and something like an Encore ESP or DF54 grinder. “Well maintained” is relative and these machines have a spotty history.

I think more important than your espresso machine would be your grinder if you wanna make real espresso. Hibrew H10a has good reviews, but not sure how it would perform in a commercial scenario.

Hibrew H10A/A plus would be good to add if you know about it. I'm curious about it as it is more feature rich than these other machines but I don't know about the long term quality but I'd get it over another Breville right now if I wanted that.

Yes i was planning to get that too but in flair I can Pressure profile the shots easily, whereas in hibrew h10a there is Machine maintenance, complex parts( chances of getting damaged) descaling etc, and then there were plastic pipes through which hot water flows, so i decided to go for a more simpl
