Just get an HHKB studio, it's basically an HHKB but with hotswap MX switches and a trackpoint.

The studio is a weird duck. Though not Topre, the switches/caps feel quite nice and silent. The track-point works very well. As well as IBM/Lenovo I would say, not the crap Dell fed users. I would recommend it on a good sale. $400 is getting into Mode Tempo territory (or two HHKB pro territory).
