My office has mid back Cosm chairs and they absolutely suck. Would recommend avoiding this in favor of something else.

For chill I wouldn't buy office chair. Maybe humanscale freedom or Herman miller cosm. Leap is good for tasking not lounging. It doesn't have good headrest, even from atlas. Padding is intenntinaly too thin. And aggressive lumbar makes it worse
