Best Office Chair Brand Right Now In 2026?
Herman Miller Aeron here. It forces you to sit well. I use it in the office and at home to play in my studio. Sometimes I want it to be "more comfortable." I don't know if I can explain myself, but I would like it to be a fluffy armchair when I want to relax. Otherwise, it's an exceptional chair.

Best thing I ever bought from China (update to my first post)
Check your notifications. See if you can do a group buy with a friend because it will be more worth it this way. You can opt for a slightly cheaper delivery if you have the room to pick it up. It is about the size of a medium snowblower when packed up in the crate. About the padding I have an old He

Need a better chair. Any suggestions?
A used steel case leap chair and a standing desk will help a ton. I had a Herman Miller aeron and the leap is much more padded and comfortable imo.

Debating the best gaming chair — need some real input
Herman Miller Aeron. I have one at work, over 20 years. Best ergos, no degrading of the seat and back this entire time. The foam style lumbar eventually cracks. I'll buy a used one for home once my current chair is beat. Home? Probably 4 chairs in the same time frame...with less use and not as good

Already dropped the deposit for the Maxis
I just did the same. 6'2 300lbs myself (before everyone tells me to lose weight I'm actually down 145lbs in two years). I've bounced back and forth between a Haworth Fern and Herman Miller Aeron C both I got used for a good price for the last year or so. The mesh on the Herman Miller has sagged but

“Ahogy korábban jeleztem, nem költözöm be a Karmelita Palotába. “

Painter here looking for chair recs for tailbone pain
You're looking for a chair with a "forward tilt" mechanism for drawing/drafting. Herman Miller and Haworth both have this as an optional add-on in their chairs, you can check chairs like the Aeron or Fern. The Fern has a softer pad, the Aeron is a mesh. Additionally the Steelcase Gesture has a sligh

Where to buy rolling chair for short people
Yes, my back doesn't touch the backrest and Aeron is mesh + the seat shape is not my preference. Basically if I try to sit back the seat touches my calf and I can't sit properly, maybe the 142cm person they tested has longer legs than me. My preferred Herman Miller chair is the Embody, if my feet ca

What did you think was pretentious, until you tried it and realized it was worth it?
I own a Herman Miller Aeron at home and I hate it. There is not enough support and no padding. I was told it was the best option when I got it years ago. It was so expensive that I never bothered to replace it. Thank you for the suggestion. I will look into the Steelcase Leap V2.

Best Chair Attributes you look for as an Editor
Herman Miller Embody is what I have at home. We have Aerons at work and two at home, but I swapped to the Embody. The Aerons completely fucked up my hamstrings with the hard front lip and yes, I am sized correctly. One thing that I would suggest, is to focus on your body mechanics. This will help yo
