In a nutshell

Yeah on a personal level there was just no way I could justify $3000 CAD on a chair. And a used Aeron that isn't 20+ years old in my area is at least $1200+ CAD. As far as something in the $600 USD range goes, I just recently ordered a fully loaded Haworth Soji for $1035 CAD. I've heard it's a good

Office chair for women under $700

You don't really need a headrest, if anything it promote bad posture which will make your neck hurt more over time. But if you must have one, I would recommend looking at the ''branch ergonomic'' with the headrest addon. Very good budget chair and it has a 3-7 years depending on the part warranty wi

stumped about my ideal office chair

This sub basically just rotates recommendations between Haworth (usually Fern), Herman Miller (usually Aeron or Embody), or Steelcase (usually Leap or Amia). Sometimes a stray Anthros. From your description, a Haworth Soji or Steelcase Amia could be good options that don’t break the bank (relative t

Go for Haworth Soji or get something cheaper?

The Haworth soji is perfectly fine. The armrests don't go "inward" far enough for me to maintain an actual decent posture, but it's the chair I have at work that is comfy enough for me to use for a few hours at a time. It was indeed, the "anything is better than this other cheap ass ikea chair that

Which chair should I buy to compliment my home office?

I really do like the look of them, and while I am yet to test one I know you get what you pay for. However, not sure the the other half would be too happy with me spending that much on a chair. I am looking at the Haworth Soji in the Juniper Green colour though.

Office chair buyers anxiety

Your budget is already high enough, I'd go for a brand new chair if I were you, Haworth Soji. Or there's one that wasn't on your options, Libernovo Omni. It has a headrest and also allow to sit upright or slouch.

Working from home, lower back pain when sitting for more than an hour

Have a look at Staples: “Gry Mattr + ergoCentric airCentric 3 Task Chair - Standard Seat - Black” for $729.99 You could get a Haworth Soji (mesh back) for a bit less at the moment ($640 CAD). Colamy Atlas is under $400 CAD on Amazon. It’s a step down in build quality, warranty, etc., but still has a

Budget chair gaming

300$ USD ? Used you can find an herman miller aeron, steelcase leap v2 or haworth zody in that price range. Those 3 companies are the ''top tier'' ergonomic chair brands and there's often offices selling their stuff on marketplace etc when downsizing, closing down etc. Here's some options in the 300

Home office chair for someone who doesn’t care

Sooo you have back pain, you already bought a $150 chair off Amazon and now you want something else, so obviously you... care. If you don't care you would just stick to what you have. There's no real quality difference in the $100-300 msrp range. Whether a $100-300 new chair works for you is blind l

Alternative to HAG

Other usual suspects: Steelcase Leap V2, Amia, Gesture, Haworth Soji, Zody, Fern. (Soji is the most affordable of the ones above, and it's a good value) My current (and end game chair) is a Herman Miller Embody, but it's not a chair that works for everyone (some people complaining of back pains, jus
