I am a die hard for the Hag Capisco but it’s more $ than the Herman Miller and it’s not “comfortable”. What it does do is promote good posture and posture change so it prevents back pain. Anyone who wants to relax back and play games will be sorely disappointed by a Hag! Anyone with back pain who si

I wouldn't recommend any of these models for you. Look for chairs that offer a coccyx cushion cutout like Lifeform (NA) or Malmstolen (EU). You could also try a HAG Capisco sitting in the reverse position and leaning forward to raise the coccyx off the seat.

I cannot sit in a proper office chair my body screams at me. My holy grail is the HAG Capisco, but I have a super cheap saddle stool chair from Amazon that provides the same type of seat/back support, and it is infinitely more tolerable for me, when I have something to prop my feet on as well. Had the Herman Miller, it’s comfortable, but still didn’t help as much as when I switched to the HAG Capisco chair. Honestly, it helped with neck, back and leg pain that was posture driven. Not cheap, but completely worth it…

I had to invest in a hag capisco stool and it made a world of a difference. You sit on it backwards so it supports your chest and your legs go down into a sit stand position.

Get up an move every hour. Hag Capisco chair helps. Use the Hag and keep your comfy chair. Switch chairs regularly. If you are tired and in pain, standing desk is not the way just yet. IMO of course.

Yes I would recommend it over the Herman Miller chairs, but for you it might be different. I’d recommend going to a large store where you can try out both. For me sitting inverted (leaning forward against the back of the chair) in the Hag Capisco made all the difference. Just sitting in it normally

I haven't heard of the HAG Capisco chair! Good to know it helped you more than the Herman Miller. I'll check it out
