I personally have a Håg Capisco 8106 as my productivity chair. It is not the most comfortable chair for 'lounging' but they have other chairs that would fit better for that. I had to invest in a hag capisco stool and it made a world of a difference. You sit on it backwards so it supports your chest and your legs go down into a sit stand position.
