37 Years of Mechwarrior Gaming
It's a GPD Win Mini (2023)! With SteamOS 3.9 and some plugins (lsfg-vk and decky-framegen), MW5 does 70 - 120 FPS easy for around 2 hours of game time, on a device that's marginally bigger than a 3DS

Are there any PC handhelds around the size of a Switch Lite available right now?
Konkr Fit (x86 model not android) is your best bet for ergonomic compact x86 handhelds right now that still packs a 80wh battery! An upgrade in every way to my favourite compact handheld the F1 Pro. Otherwise gpd win mini is the most portable/compact but you sacrifice battery/ergonomics/and thermals

Should I or should I not
My guy there's no miracle portable for you. You will always need to try to squeeze some frames out of a tiny box powered by a tiny battery with a tiny fan and heatsink. Or you could just settle for the frames it can do without getting into a rabbit hole of tinkering and play some games in pure bliss

need help with picking my next console(s) :D
my GPD win mini gets 2-5 hours depending on the game. the battery's capacity is 45Wh (watts/hour) and sonic x shadow generations drains 17-20 watts to get 60 fps on medium graphics at 720p, but something like sonic adventure 2 will drain 6-8 watts. transformers devastation drains 10-16 watts at 720p

Onexplayer F1 pro
I love my F1 as a dual boot or Bazzite (now official SteamOS) only system. I’m currently writing a review as I don’t think it gets proper representation and all the reviews I’ve seen are from before the proper AMD updates an bios/EC updates were already installed when I received mine. I also have a

Need help picking a steam friendly handheld
I have and absolutely love my GPD Win Mini I have a preorder Ryzen 7840u model from the launch back at the end of 2022 / start of 2023 and haven't had a good enough reason to upgrade it yet. The clamshell design is significantly more portable than the Steam Deck, Rog Ally, etc as it protects itself

Ice cold, inform me
I don't have either device specifically, but I can give u my take having owned the mini 2024, a steamdeck, a legion go, max 2 2023, and a pocket 4 2025. Pros: clamshell design. It puts the screen above ur controller and it protects the screen when not in use. Idk if ur comfortable putting ur rig in

Owners of the Win Mini 2025, how has the experience been so far?
There has been plenty of battery issues with the GPD win mini 2025, look on discord and Reddit as well. The battery stays at 100%, even if you discharge it. It left a sour taste as the machine is great for me

Discrete GPU in Laptop vs iGPU in handheld. How much of a difference?
I have several small devices, it’s my tech hobby obsession. Small form-factor, max flexibility and power. I have a 2020 legion AMD r7 32r 3070m, 2030 ROG Z13 4060m, a Steamdeck,Legion go and the 2025 GPD Win Mini HX 370 32g. The Win Mini is my favorite. It’s pocketable, clam shell and powerful for h
