best studio monitors

Genelec 8030C is probably the best deal for high-end. Really just depends on your budget. Edit: or KH 120 II

[Help pls] Audio setup is not being very nice to me, desktop setup

All that money wasted.... Just buy decent audio interface, few XLR cables and pair of Genelec 8020's or 8030's. If you find them used, even better. You're done. There's no need for all that EQ stuff etc. Decent professional gear and you're golden.

Best studio monitors under 1000, for Rich sound not accurate mixes

Genelec, im a very happy 8030c user 🥰 i did extend my sound with the complimentary 7050c subwoofer. And yes, what they say about the sound, that it makes any music sound better, its true. Even good music sounds better over my Genelec compared with other 'speakers'. I think for the money you pay for

8020A still valid in 2026?

Anything Genelec strikes a good balance to me they exceed v cost. D is the next generation this is where they really make improvements. First generation is always almost not worth buying in my experience on anything. Plenty for sale on eBay. I have owned several 8020 and 8030. I was very fortunate t

Best studio monitors under 1000, for Rich sound not accurate mixes

Yep I have some Genelec 8030c there a reason they haven’t changed in years with only incremental upgrades. They are accurate but sound great in lots of spaces. Not much can touch them at this price point. Many different people use them they’re extremely versatile from home studios, mobile sets, broa

Help choosing 5" studio monitors for a very small bedroom

So, I hate to add another variable, but I've been happy with my small space's Genelec 8010A. BUT I paired them with the subwoofer (7040A). I think with speakers of this size, the sub is essential. They are small, but they are loud enough for my small studio space. Edit: And the price difference, is
