First long "race", need preparation advice
Gatorade powder is great for shorter rides and I use it as well, but has about half the sodium and carbs that ultra endurance athletes need. Cheap water bottles and reliable cages?
Elite Jet bottles are my favorite. Reasonable price, good capacity, lightweight, & super fast for tanking down 1/4 - 1/2 the bottle in a few seconds. For century rides, I go w/ two of the 950ml bottles filled w/ Gatorade Endurance formula (watermelon flavor is the best IMO).

refueling suggestions?
I use Gatorade powder.
