Super high carb training for racing under an hour?
On a 4 hour ski I would def be doing about 60g per hour. Gatorade endurance formula is quite easy on the gut for me. On a short race I wouldnt take anything, up to 45 minutes. Unless its really easy and convenient.

Marathon Failure - What happened?

can you share your fueling plan on long rides?
I do a bottle per hour of Gatorade endurance with 3 scoops (2servings 600gsodium 45 carbs and 26g sugar) on top of that use a mix of dried mango, gummy clusters, and assortment of other candies that sit well.
