I'd recommend the Garmin Enduro 3 over the Fenix. They have a longer battery life, are cheaper and have almost all of the features of the Fenix. The missing features won't be missed in the backcountry.

That Garmin Enduro 3 must be some watch for the weight you have listed for it. Typo? If you do not already own it, then I would save money and get something less expensive. Another typo is probably the weight of those trekking poles. If not, then I want some. :)

MP3 is overrated. Just get a running belt, take phone and then skip tracks with headphones.. This is what I'd recommend as well. For what OP wants, it would be hard for me to justify spending double the price on a Garmin Enduro 3 (top comment), even if money isn't a huge concern.
