Garmin or Coros?

I got a used Garmin Enduro 2 on Ebay. Excellent condition for about 50% off retail. I couldn't stomach paying $1000. I ran my first 100 miler last year and my old watch was barely living through 50 miles. At the end of my 100, I still had 72% battery life. I recharged every 3 weeks, even at my peak

Palun nutikella soovitusi

Need a watch with gtx mapping and extra long battery life

Very happy with my Garmin Enduro 2. There are so many features that I kind of had to start out slow with it and slowly teach myself how to take advantage of different components one at a time. (First mapping, more recently programming workouts, etc.) I sprung for the model with solar and it's held u

Watches for long Ultras

Someone else already mentioned Garmin Enduro. I have the second gen model and like others, I've seen it last for 30+ hour events with full functions and finished with plenty of juice left at the end. I haven't personally experimented much with battery saving mode or disabling certain functions only

Watch Recommendations for 100k +

I have the Garmin Enduro 3. It only comes in one size 51MM but if you don’t mind the size, the battery last a very long time

Final Boss

That Garmin Enduro 3 must be some watch for the weight you have listed for it. Typo? If you do not already own it, then I would save money and get something less expensive. Another typo is probably the weight of those trekking poles. If not, then I want some. :)

How much lighter are the titanium variants?

Similar to garmins changing to the nylon strap will make a noticeable difference and save a bunch of weight overall.I’ve got a Garmin enduro V1 steel and it came with the nylon strapHad a 6X pro steel previous and the difference is noticeable, still doesn’t get rid of any watch weight itself but it

Best Watch for Hiking Backpacking For Pricepoint/Value

My garmin enduro 3 made it through 4 days of active tracking, with map nav for 5-6 hours a day, and still had 30% charge left. But it's ~$700 and only comes in 51mm.

Need Help Choosing!

I own a Garmin Fenix 8 AMOLED (43mm). Love the watch but less than impressed with its navigation capabilities regarding battery life. Recently purchased a Coros Apex 4 (46mm) MIP and, so far, very much impressed with its nav capabilities and battery life. I considered the Garmin Enduro 3, however, i

Wondering whether the Ultra looks comically big

It’s subjective. I have the AW ultra3 I also have the garmin enduro 3. So the Apple Watch is big, but no where near as big as the garmin. And I like both. I have tiny 5” wrists too. lol.
