Is that budget inclusive of machine, grinder, and accessories? A separate grinder is a must. I'd say for this sort of budget, if you're not making milk drinks, maybe a Barratza Encore VSP grinder ($200) and a Flair 58 plus or Flair 58 plus 2 if you can stretch your budget a little.
