X-E5

Congratulations. I love taking my X-E5 out for photo walks. My current favourite lens pairings are the Voigtlander 27mm f/2 pancake, Voigtlander 50mm f/1.2, and the Fujifilm 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8.

Get the X-e5, pair with viltrox 15mm f1.7. With crop mode out of 40mp resolution. You will get both 24mm and 35mm (40mp, 26mp respectfully). It double as a x100v for me already. Then all you need is another Fujifilm 35mm f2, so you get 50mm and 75mm. Two prime lenses works as 4 common focal lengths

APSC still has benefits being cropped over full frame. As usual, it all depends on preference and need. Have you considered the x-e5 with the pancake lense? I don't really think the AF on the Fujifilm is that bad for stills. But it's definitely not as good as sony for sure.
