Upgrading from the A1 to either the P2S or the X2D... Opinions?
Worth noting that for basically the price of an X2D combo you could get the flashforge creator 5 pro, which is an enclosed four-head toolchanger with the same build volume, 320C nozzle and a heated chamber. If you think there's a chance that you want to do multicolour in any serious way in the futur

INDX alternative
I’ve been looking into this a lot recently. I have a Core One with INDX on order, a Bambu H2D (pre known shenanigans), and a U1 as my main printers these days. I’m actually now most worried about my C1 going from my rocksteady reliable for abrasives and TPU to being less useful than my U1 with an IN

Torn between U1 and X2D
You can add 3mf files as objects into an existing project and it carries over painting, volume modifiers, fuzzy skin etc. Roughly 99% of the print profiles on makerworld are utter inexcusable trash anyway so when I'm printing other people's models I almost never end up printing them with the author'

P2S or X2D
Yep, and the P1S is still excellent and can be easily upgraded with a chamber heater (plus aftermarket hotends to add quick-swap nozzles etc) for a not hugely significant amount of money. They're still selling the P1S on the UK store and it's just slightly more expensive than the A1. Excellent machi

What do y'all think of these new cool tool changers coming out as a Bambulab user?
I'm looking at them but when I ordered the X2D it was still cheaper in a combo than the U1 by 30% or so and is fully enclosed at that price. I was able to add an AMS-HT and filament track switch and still be lower on price. I'd probably trust snapmaker more than flashforge but the AD5M Pros are doin

Good Bambu Lab X2D alternatives?
Do you need multi-material, amd less waste printing color? If not, the Centauri Carbon 2 Combo is a reasonable choice for an enclosed comedy. If yes, and you want a heated enclosure, I don't think anything except a Flashforge Creator 5 Pro will be in that price range. If you can do without color or

Need help deciding between U1 and H2C
Flashforge creator 5 pro is much better than the u1. Enclosed. Heated chamber and still 4 toolheads. Same price

Questions before I buy one.
Nothing shady going on with the software from Flashforge, at least not more shady than other companies. The stuff online about "closing down" the software is mostly clickbait and has been exaggerated. Otherwise, agree with the other comments. I'm waiting for my creator 5 pro pre-order, I want a heat

So the Snapmaker U1 or the Bambulab X2D?
I've put down a order on the flashforge Pro at 799 Euro (im european region). Right now a code still works for a discount code that gives 130 euro discount, instead of the 100. I am not sure if its still supposed to work. The thing about the U1 is that its another 170 euro on top of the 850 euro it

Need help deciding what multicolor/filament printer I should get
I know it's not on your list, but I have spent months trying to decide between the snapmaker u1 and the flashforge creator 5 pro. All the print tests came out identical, but the heated/ cooled chamber made me go for the creator 5 pro (it's also $150 less than the u1). Good luck deciding, it's a fun
