X2D vs P2S

X2D has the dual nozzle which I think is well worth it. It also has finer pitched belts that reduce VFA’s. I can’t see any reason to go with the P2s other than it’s $100 cheaper. Also I would seriously consider the Flashforge Creator 5 Pro or the snapmaker u1. I also have a p1s but for multicolor pr

Looking for a good multicolor printer

In the below 1500 range, I would suggest the Snapmaker u1.Base printer is 900.The top is 150, and won't ship for 4-5 months. He can use a plastic tote in the meantime (we're all doing that).Hardened nozzles are super helpful. The base nozzles can't handle glow in the dark, wood infused, and so on as

Another boring question

I was going to go with the x2d because it has dual nozzles. Then I found out they use different extruder between the 2 nozzles and the print quality is different between them. I ended up getting the flashforge creator 5 pro and have been super happy with it. The x2d is a good printer though, I would

X2D + U1 or H2C...what is the best choice for everything?

Howdy fellow Engineer! I'm only 3 weeks into 3d printing. And my first printer out of the gates was the X2D. Hot Diggity, it's been a blast so far. My goal with the X2D is to make variety of functional prints using engineering materials and it's been working perfectly. Of course now there is the Sna

Should I get the Prus Core ONE+ over the Bambu Lab X2D?

The Flashforge Creator 5 Pro seems interesting. And may be better than my U1. But man the reliability of my Bambu's I have a hard time switching brands. Don't get me wrong I still try them. I don't really care for my Sovol and I will buy the IDEX if it's ever available. But Bambu set a high bar in a

Should I wait for the indx?

The Flashforge Creator 5 Pro seems a bit cheaper than the Core One L + INDX, and prints nicely, but if the price and the wait are not an issue for you, I would still wait. I trust Bondtech to make a great product, and technologically the INDX seems just way more advanced. I'm optimistically expectin

Should I wait for the indx?

Man that Flashforge is relatively cheap, getting the specs as close to matched as I can : Flashforge Creator 5 Pro : €932 Prusa Core One L + INDX : 1930+670 = €2600 (ballpark) So for less than a Core One L plus INDX I could have two Flashforge Creator 5 Pro's. That's a pretty compelling argument aga

First-time buyer

I have the Creator 5 Pro (C5P) for over a week now and I am very happy with it. I have printed some 70 hours on it so far and it’s been rock solid. Also, I’m relatively new to this hobby so I’m only able to cite my basic experience overall. I believe the C5P is beginner friendly as long as you do so

What do y'all think of these new cool tool changers coming out as a Bambulab user?

I'm looking at them but when I ordered the X2D it was still cheaper in a combo than the U1 by 30% or so and is fully enclosed at that price. I was able to add an AMS-HT and filament track switch and still be lower on price. I'd probably trust snapmaker more than flashforge but the AD5M Pros are doin

Well my creator 5 lasted almost a week.

I still have my creator 5 pro I got through the preorder with only 15 minutes of print time. I’m paranoid about it now because I can’t just return it like this creator 5 from Amazon. I’ve gotten 2 email responses on this one and neither one has addressed that little broken pin. Just that they would
