Fitbit Inspire 3 vs Xiaomi Smart Band 9
I used Fitbit for 12 years, mostly the Charge line, and I've used Xiaomi Band 9 for 1 year. As a new user, ignore complaints by old users. People like me complaining about Fitbit, and Xiaomi people that were using Bands under 6 complaining about Xiaomi ... A lot of that is because stuff changes. Xia

Charge 5 replacement
When my Charge 5 died the exchange rate was bad. So I bought a Xiaomi Band 9, for 1/5th the price of the Charge 6. I was with Fitbit for 12 years and I'm glad I tried something else. My Fitbit's usually lasted 3 years / 3 typhoon seasons. So for the price difference I figured even if it only lasted

I want to apologize
Well, first of all, realize that there's your battery—and then there's the firmware which estimates your battery's current state of charge. The Charge 5 has long had issues with this. If your unit needs to be recharged every 2-3 days, that may say more about the firmware's estimates than the actual

PSA If the app notifications list is empty / incomplete...
That actually worked - it is a ridiculous bug/feature they've managed to introduce. Not had this issue until I changed my tracker from a Charge 5 to Sense 2 - all other notifications and comms were working (calls, messages even Alexa) but no way to see what app and control notification from fitbit u

Should I get a charge 6?
I tried upgrading from a Charge 2 after it had sync/update issues and hated the newer model (can't recall which but apparently Charge 4 based on review except below.). I particularly want easy use of the silent vibrating alarms and with newer models that lack true mechanical buttons it's real pain.

Tell me if I should/not get a fitbit
12 years with Fitbit, from the One pedometer through all the versions leading to the Charge line. Due to new ownership, when my Charge 5 died I left Fitbit. (Except I still use my Aria scale, which has also had the data nerfed so I'm looking to get a newer body composition scale) As a new user, with

My Charge 2 and 5 don't have one exercise screen, they have many. One has heart rate info, another has distance, another has I don't remember ... maybe 5 different screens. I just want to see my HR, maybe occasionally distance or exercise time. Sometimes when you tap to open it shifts to the next sc

I want to apologize
I’ve had my charge 6 since 2023 and have never had a problem. I’ve replaced the band recently, but that’s all the problems I’ve had. My charge 5 went out at 2 years. The only issues I have with Fitbit itself is the new features like: Cardio Load, Daily readiness, ect.

Garrrgghhhhhh!!
Yes it is the Vivoactive 4S-a hand me down from my daughter. It tracks calories burned all day on the home page of the app. I haven’t got it completely set up but I am liking it so far. It seems to be very comparable to my Charge 5 that just died so far, without the app issues and other problems wit
