Fiorenzato All Ground Sense works pretty well too

I'm currently using a Fiorenzato Allground Sense. And absolutely love GBW. Perfect fluffy even grounds, every time.

You bet! Check out the Fiorenzato AllGround Sense and the Eureka Mignon Libra for GBW grinders. Both good, different taste profiles, with the Libra leaning more towards classic style espresso (excels for medium to darker roasts), while the AllGround is more clarity focused.

So, I've literally done some blind taste testing on this, with my son. If you've got a grinder that produces clumpy grounds , WDT seems to have some benefit. By benefit I mean less bitterness, better ability to taste the different flavours of the beans. We found reproducible benefits in blind taste
